Neuropathy Tracker is a home tool for recording neuropathy conditions that has been validated for both clinical efficacy and technical feasibility, yet it has never transitioned from a prototype into real medical systems. Elderly patients confuse their left and right legs, cannot feel vibration feedback, and do not understand scoring results. It is not truly integrated into the workflows, infrastructure, and people it is meant to serve.
